Language exchange

Hey guys,

I'm leaving in August, but I've been doing a language exchange with a friend here who would like to continue practicing her English. So I'm posting to see if anyone staying for the next year is interested in learning some Japanese in a casual setting, and teaching some conversational English. And by teaching I mean just basically talking with her and explaining anything she doesn't understand.

She's spent some time in Canada, and her English is about intermediate level. She works a lot, but is generally free an evening a week.
We've had a lot of fun talking, doing some shopping, hanging out at izakaya with her friends, etc. If that seems like your kind of scene, please contact me at nin_of_wood@yahoo.com and I'll pass it along.

Oh and female exchange partners preferred. I wouldn't say guys are definitely out of the question, but she'd be more comfortable with a woman.

She lives in Shinto-mura, but she has a car so Takasaki and Maebashi aren't too out of the way.
