Long shot is long

I want to take koto lessons. I know there is a place in Maebashi, I'm sure there is a place in Takasaki, but I'd LOVE to find a place in Fujioka if one exists. Anyone know of any koto resources? Anyone take classes and want to share? Anyone have a cheap koto they want to sell? Send me info, yo!
