I found a sick kitten this Monday, and I've been nursing it back to heath. It is doing really well, but I can't keep it in the apartment. I'll be traveling to Tokyo this weekend as well and haven't figured out what to do with her yet.

She is pretty young, though I'm not sure how old. She's old enough to go in the litter box and eat solid foods. She is mostly black with a little white, and is very genki and curious. The only thing is, as a result of her sickness, I'm almost positive she will always be blind in one eye. The eye has improved a TON in the few days I've had her, but I don't know how much farther it will improve. I'm taking her back to the vet tomorrow for a more in-depth checkup. That said, even with the eye she is cute, and it doesn't impede her getting around at all. I can give pictures and videos for anyone interested.

I wish I could keep her, but not only will all the traveling I do leave me feeling guilty for leaving her alone, but when I go back to the US, I wont be able to bring her with me because of my animals at home.

I have a litter box and blanket for her, a few toys, and some food and I'm willing to provide a good supply on top of that, plus travel to wherever. Please let me know if there is a hint of anyone willing to take her!

Otherwise, does anyone know of any actual shelters in Gunma? There is only animal control I've heard of, and they'd put her down. Thanks for any help...
