US Passport Renewal Question

Hey-ya.

I'm renewing my US passport and am a bit confused. If you have done this, please offer some advice-o onegaishiMAAAASUUUUUUUUU.

- We need to send it to the States (not to Tokyo???)

- Hair color: current hair color or natural hair color?

According to the interwebs (i.e. the not so reliable forums), current hair color is what should be listed so as to match your passport photo.
HOWEVER, I would contact the embassy and ask them directly. $75 is a hefty fee to have to make twice because of a difference in hair color.
