125cc used scooter

I posted a followup question about scooters recently but didnt get an answer so I'm hoping I get some response from this one.

Am looking for a used 125cc scooter in the kanto area, preferably closer to tokyo. Someone mentioned you can get a decent used one for lik 20,000 yen which is a pretty good deal.

Does anyone have any leads on this? Any stores, dealers, or even like persons who sell scooters this cheap?
