In General

It is titled Maebashi Kawaraban. I don't know what that means, but I guess it has something to do with a place called "Kawaraban".
I also heard that it is a wonderful cure for treating insect bites.
Here is how it works: download and print the pdf file, wrap up some ice in it and apply magazine on the interested area. Refrain from scratching because this may cause the skin to break down and an infection to form. Feel free to read it too if that's your thing.
