B, when's the official beer garden? I vote for not this weekend since I'll be at Tokyo Orientation C. Also, if you wait til the week after, you'll potentially have 3 more Gunma-newbies attending the official welcome. If you let me know by Wednesday morning, I'll be able to tell th enew JETs at TOC when the welcome beer garden is and all the related details.
