GAJET Cookbook 1995 - 1996

This is a cookbook GAJET used to compile from member submitted recipes. There are recipes ranging from miso soup to Scandinavian carrot pancake. It is truly as eclectic as the people in Gunma always are.

The true gem of the cookbook is its reference guide. It has translations of English ingredients, pictures of strange Japanese vegetables, and even a chart about seasonal fish. It is a must read for all people cooking in Japan.
